General Shipping Info

All vinyl are shipped in cardboard mailers, CDs are usually sent bubble mailers. All items are packaged securely before shipping.

If we receive your package returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the problem. If there is an error in the address provided to us, you will be responsible for a re-shipping fee.


All domestic shipping charges INCLUDE delivery confirmation. This means there will be a tracking number on each and every domestic shipment. This is to provide security for both of us. You as a buyer will have confidence your package was actually sent, and when it was shipped, and as a seller, we can track it to see when or if it was delivered.
PLEASE NOTE: Delivery confirmation is NOT insurance. It is simply a way to track the item from shipment to delivery. it does NOT guarantee a safe delivery, or delivery at all. If you are worried about your package being lost or stolen or damaged in the mail, please purchase insurance on your package by adding $1.30 to your payment. VINYL JUNKIE DISTRO is NOT responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
